InPost Ltd. Warrington is recruiting a Days Warehouse Shift Manager to drive daily warehouse operations, lead a dedicated team and ensure efficient processes in our fast-growing UK hub.

Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you will forecast staffing, plan rotas, optimise labelling and sortation, deliver clear handover reports, and maintain high safety and quality standards. This role offers a Monday to Friday pattern with salary up to £35,500 per year, based in Birchwood, Warrington, with

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fast-paced warehouse/logistics environments.
• Proven track record in leading and motivating teams to achieve targets.
• Ability to drive and surpass operational KPIs with measurable improvements.
• Calm, focused approach to prioritise tasks under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills with practical decision-making.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and warehouse management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage rotas/leave to ensure full coverage.
• Own warehouse processes (labelling, sortation) and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide detailed handover reports to the incoming Shift Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold company policies and safety standards across activities.
• Champion a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
