Rentokil Initial Careers in Croydon is hiring a Warehouse/Service Support Operative. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. You will support the Service Manager to keep the warehouse running smoothly, handling stock prep, loading, and daily tasks in a busy environment.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours), with potential for up to 48 hours and higher pay. A basic salary of £26,655 with an expected OTE around £27,500, plus a relocation package up to

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Previous experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Organised, self-motivated and reliable.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do' attitude.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role applied for.

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer stocks for route delivery.
• Assisting drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Working with drivers and management to ensure stocks are prepared for delivery.
• Packing, sorting and segregation of mats, rolls, sanitary bins, nappy bins and other stocks.
• Organising the work area to keep the service centre efficient and effective.
• Focusing on meeting customer service expectations.
