Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our Croydon team, covering South West and South East London. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

You will manage your own schedule, solve customer problems on site, and contribute to a growing hygiene services operation. The role offers a competitive base salary of £26,655 per year plus a £2,000 annual allowance, with OTE £35,000+ and bonus/commission schemes.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated, reliable and proactive.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene cleaning services across environments and premises, including biohazard cleaning and other specialized tasks, with full training provided.
• Work reactively in a fast-paced business and on an on-call rota (paid at enhanced rate).
• Offer advice to customers when required and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Rentokil Initial standards at all times.
