Job summary

CTRG Limited is hiring a Warehouse Operative for our distribution centre in Waltham Point, EN9 3BZ. The role is full-time with rotating shifts (6:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00) five days out of seven, with overtime opportunities.

You will pick customer orders using MHE, load/unload stock, and ensure accurate processing while following safety procedures. Full training is provided and progression opportunities exist within the business.

Job description

5 days out of 7 on a rotating rota Flexibility will be required. What You'll Be Doing As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

• Picking customer orders using MHE equipment
• Loading and unloading stock
• Ensuring products are accurately processed and handled
• Working safely and following all operational procedures
• Supporting the smooth running of a busy warehouse operation
• Working as part of a high-performing team

This is a physically active role involving regular lifting, walking and manual handling. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. We provide full training and ongoing support, making this a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to start or develop a career in logistics and warehousing.

Pay Rates First 12 Weeks Day Shift (06:00 - 18:00) - £12.71 per hour Night Shift (18:00 - 06:00) - £13.87 per hour Plus: Weekly performance bonus opportunities Up to £600 new starter bonus Overtime available After 12 Weeks Day Shift (06:00 - 18:00) - £14.81 per hour Night Shift (18:00 - 06:00) - £16.68 per hour There is also the potential for up to 2 hours of overtime per day (subject to operational requirements and overtime limits).
