Rentokil Initial is hiring a Specialist Hygiene Technician for the Croydon branch, covering the South West and South London. This on-site role includes full, industry-leading training and a structured 40-hour week with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with up to six penalty points
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proactive, reliable and self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
• Willingness to pass a DBS check if required for the role
• Ability to advise customers and maintain a professional image at all times

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across diverse environments with full training provided
• Work reactively in a fast-paced business where tasks can change weekly
• Be part of an on-call rota (paid at enhanced rate)
• Offer practical advice to customers and maintain high service standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold Rentokil Initial’s professional image
