Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our Croydon team. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with a structured schedule and on-call opportunities.

The role offers a competitive base salary (£26,655) plus a £2,000 annual allowance, with expected OTE of £35,000+ and a range of benefits including a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform and RI Rewards. A relocation package up to £5,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated, reliable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene cleaning services across environments and premises.
• React to changing workloads in a fast-paced business.
• On-call rota with enhanced pay.
• Offer advice to customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Possess good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
• May require passing a DBS check depending on role.
