Job summary

Loaf, the premium furniture and homeware brand, is hiring a Product Recovery Assistant for our Nuneaton Warehouse. You’ll process 1- and 2-man returns, ensuring items are inspected, logged, and repackaged to as-new stock.

We value detail, teamwork and initiative; you’ll unpack, photograph, and route items, with opportunities to support the QC team and operate in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Physically fit; able to perform heavy lifting within role.
• Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work independently.
• Previous experience of working within a Warehouse environment.
• A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment.
• The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions.
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Desirable).
• Reach Truck License (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Check records within Loaf system.
• Unpack and inspect customer returned products.
• Assessment of item to disposal route.
• Remove minor marks from sofas.
• Log and photograph products.
• Repack items to as new standard for return to stock.
• Provide support to QC Team as required.
• Unload return trailers.
