Carst & Walker UK Ltd in Rugby is seeking a motivated Warehouse Process Controller to join a small warehouse team. You will support daily operations, stock control, administration and logistics coordination while reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Key duties include processing orders, receiving deliveries, maintaining stock records in Sage X3, and coordinating with transport providers. Forklift experience and strong organisation are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Previous warehouse or stock control experience.
• Counterbalance forklift experience is essential.
• Good computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workloads.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders, picking and preparing goods for dispatch.
• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring stock accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate stock records using our ERP system (Sage X3).
• Prepare delivery documentation and coordinate with transport providers.
• Carry out regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including counterbalance forklifts.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with health, safety and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes.
