Job summary

Staffbase Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a busy manufacturing distribution centre in Rugby for a Warehouse Co-ordinator. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and oversee picking, stock control, goods-in and goods-out, and liaise with hauliers to ensure smooth dispatch.

Excellent communication, IT skills and experience with Sage WMS are valued; counterbalance forklift licence is essential. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, 37.5 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must have warehousing and distribution knowledge.
• Experience with stock control, dispatch and goods-in processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and good IT skills.
• Experience with Sage WMS is advantageous.
• Counterbalance forklift licence/experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and allocate picking lists to operatives.
• Liaise with hauliers, book transport and prepare dispatch documentation.
• Check goods-in deliveries and add stock details to computer system.
• Check all goods-out prior to dispatch.
• Arrange deliveries/collections of stock as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and perform inventory checks.
• Data input and update KPI reports.
