Evri Group is a leading parcel delivery business in the UK. We support a wide range of customers from casual senders to major retailers through a network of depots and fulfilment centres.

We are looking for a PM Shift Supervisor to manage the day shift operations at our Bridgend depot. The role requires leading teams of sorters and drivers, managing compliance, reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train reports and ensure SLA’s are hit for the day shift
• Process MI reports based on work output of drivers and loaders
• Manage all areas of day operations, sortation and transportation efficiently and cost‑effectively
• Recruit, induct, and conduct ongoing performance and attendance management for the team; submit daily debriefs with drivers and weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with legalities, domestic driving hours, breaks, shift lengths, and rest periods
• Support driver compliance within the depot
• Utilise rosters effectively to meet resource requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

• Ability to work independently in a pressurised environment to meet tight deadlines
• Experience managing teams in a fast‑paced logistics environment (desirable)
• PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of transport regulations and related skills or experience
• Excellent communicator and ability to liaise at all levels
• Flexible approach to meet business requirements
