Job summary

Evri Group in Bridgend is looking for a warehouse operative to load, unload and sort parcels using smart tech. You’ll work full-time, 40 hours per week across five days, including weekends, with overtime available.

We offer £13.70 per hour with overtime at £20.55, at least 32 days leave, and clear progression paths into depot leadership or HGV driver roles. We also provide flexible perks such as shopping vouchers, insurance and Wagestream access.

What You’ll Do

• Loading & Unloading: Handling parcels with care and efficiency.
• Sorting & Scanning: Using smart tech to sort parcels into cages.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with a supportive team to get the job done.
• Full-time contracts: 40 hours per week, any 5 out of 7 days (including weekends).
