Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer for a fast-paced chilled distribution centre in Aylesford. You will pick, pack, label and prepare orders for dispatch, using handheld scanners to hit daily targets.

The role requires 12 months of warehouse picking experience, proficiency with RF scanners, and the ability to work in a chilled environment with high accuracy.

Warehouse Picker/Packer - Days (Chilled Warehouse)

£13.48 per hour (Weekdays) | £16.18 per hour (Weekends)

Location: Aylesford Shift Pattern: 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shifts) Working Pattern: 4 shifts per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 12 months' recent warehouse picking and packing experience
• Experience using handheld RF scanners
• Experience working in a chilled environment
• A proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets

Previous experience working in a chilled warehouse is highly desirable and will give you a significant advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a chilled warehouse
• Food warehouse or food distribution experience
