Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Market Drayton is expanding its team and seeking motivated Warehouse Order Pickers to join a modern, fast-moving chilled warehouse. You will accurately pick, prepare and dispatch chilled packaged products for major UK retailers, staying active and contributing to a high-energy team where no two days are the same.

Prior experience in a chilled environment is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided, including MHE/PPT use and picking procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when picking and building orders.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock accurately according to customer requirements using RDT equipment.
• Building customer orders safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
• Stretch wrapping completed orders and presenting them to the marshalling area.
• Working to site KPIs while maintaining accuracy, safety and quality standards.
• Operating equipment in line with training and site procedures.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, including Clean As You Go and recycling processes.
• Reporting any incidents, hazards or areas for improvement to your line leader or manager.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with any other reasonable duties as required.

Job Description

We’re expanding our team in Market Drayton and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics. Join us as a Warehouse Order Picker and become part of a modern, fast-moving chilled warehouse environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll play a key role in accurately picking, preparing and dispatching chilled packaged products for major retailers across the UK. This is a hands‑on role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with purpose and being part of a high‑energy team.

Shift Patterns Available:

• 4 on 4 off Days (07:00 - 19:00)


• 4 on 4 off Nights (19:00 - 07:00)

Salary:

• Days: £26669.81 per annum


• Nights: £28662.10 per annum

What you’ll be doing:
