Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Warehouse Picker/Packer for a chilled distribution centre in Aylesford. You will pick and pack chilled items using handheld scanners, ensuring accuracy and adherence to KPI targets, with 4 shifts per week (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day) and 12-hour day shifts.

Roles require 12+ months of warehouse picking/packing experience, familiarity with RF scanners, and prior work in a chilled environment.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' warehouse picking and packing experience.
• Experience using handheld RF scanners.
• Experience in a chilled environment.
• Proven track record of achieving high pick-rate and accuracy targets.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing chilled products accurately using handheld scanners.
• Working to demanding productivity and accuracy targets.
• Labelling and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining excellent quality standards.
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Keeping work area clean, organised, and safe.
• Reporting stock discrepancies or issues promptly.
