Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited group is recruiting a Warehouse / Packing Operative for a Life Sciences site in Church Stretton. You will pick/pack orders, receive deliveries, perform stock checks, and prepare products for distribution, while keeping a clean, compliant workspace.

You’ll record tasks accurately and follow EH&S/Quality procedures, with full training and an 18-month assignment. The role is hands-on, requires good attention to detail, reliability and teamwork, and offers a

Qualifications

Good attention to detail and able to follow work instructions.
Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.
Confident communicating and recording information accurately.
Desirable experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders for dispatch.
Receiving deliveries (checking goods against paperwork and completing the goods-in process).
Stock checks / inventory counts in storage locations.
Preparing, dispensing and final packaging of products for distribution.
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
Completing basic records for each task (paperwork / system entries).
Working safely and following site EH&S and Quality procedures.
Supporting continuous improvement activities and site projects with the team.
