Boots Site for Manpower UK in Nottingham is seeking a Warehouse Operator to handle receipt, dispatch and distribution of materials in a modern plant.

You will operate FLTs for bulk movements, build pallets, stock control, and assist with housekeeping while adhering to safety and quality policies. The role offers 8–12 hour shifts (early/late/night), weekly pay, free parking, staff shop and on-site canteen with real development potential.

Qualifications

• FLT certificate or licence is essential.
• Basic digital literacy to operate inventory systems.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills; strong attention to detail.
• Teamwork and clear communication required.
• Willingness to follow procedures and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, dispatch and distribute materials in the factory.
• Operate handling equipment to support bulk activities safely.
• Build pallets and order batches for fulfilment.
• Conduct stock counts and update inventory records.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse and logistics areas.
• Inspect equipment such as FLTs and pallet inverters for safety.
