Job summary

PE Global International in Portlethen, Aberdeen is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operative to support a busy Central Stores environment. You will handle, move and control materials and inventory safely and accurately on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, stocking, picking, packing, counts, and documentation. Forklift experience helps; training is provided. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics or materials environment.
• Good attention to detail, especially when receiving and checking inventory.
• Reliable, organized stock control and material handling.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and procedures.
• Forklift experience is beneficial; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive supplier deliveries and verify items match packing lists or purchase orders.
• Inspect, label, receive, store, pick, pack, issue and dispose of inventory per procedures.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and support periodic physical stock counts.
• Ensure outgoing materials are packed with complete documentation.
• Maintain organized storage locations to enable efficient stock control.
• Assist with kitting, Kanban replenishment, and other materials tasks.
• Investigate and resolve local inventory and warehouse issues.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in warehouse and shipping areas.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment after required training.
• Follow company QHSE policies and support the Materials team.
• Support wider Materials team as required.
