Job summary

MacLean International Group in Altens, Aberdeen, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to support accurate goods handling, storage and dispatch in a fast-paced team.

You will receive, inspect and process goods, pick and pack orders, and maintain clean stock areas while complying with QHSE policies. A forklift licence and basic computer skills are preferred, with a calm, proactive approach to busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Forklift licence and experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems.
• Good understanding of manual handling principles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and process incoming goods, reporting discrepancies.
• Pick, collate and pack customer orders with care and accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organised stock areas to support safe operations.
• Assist with timely dispatch of orders to meet delivery expectations.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and professional working environment.
• Comply with all company QHSE policies and procedures.
• Support other warehouse and operational tasks as required.
