B&M Retail Limited at Bedford Distribution Centre is hiring Warehouse Colleagues to help keep stores stocked and customers served. The role offers consistent hours, full-time permanent contracts and a daily shift pattern with early and late options.

You’ll pick and prepare stock using MHE, build secure pallets, and work as part of a safety-conscious team. Training is provided, no prior warehouse experience is required, with opportunities for progression and benefits included.

Location: Bedford Distribution Centre
Salary: £25,350 – £29,055 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Shift:

• Monday - Friday Rotational: 6:00am-2:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Colleague, you'll be a key part of ensuring our stores are well-stocked and our customers are well-served.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and preparing stock for delivery using MHE (full training provided)
• All training will take place during our day shifts
• Building accurate and secure pallets ready for transport
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork

No experience? No problem. Full training will be provided - including how to safely operate Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOPs).

What We're Looking For

Pay & Incentives

• Base hourly rate: £13.00
• Shift premium: Additional £1.90 per hour on night shift.
• Weekend premium: Additional 50p per hour
• Performance bonus: Picking incentive - earn an extra £3.00 per hour
