Job summary

B&M Retail Bedford Distribution Centre is looking for a Warehouse Colleague to help keep our stores well-stocked. No experience is required as full training will be provided, including how to operate Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOPs) and other MHE, with day shifts available.

You will pick and prepare stock for delivery, build accurate and secure pallets, and maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Willing to work day shifts with training.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable with manual handling.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Picking and preparing stock for delivery using MHE (full training provided).
• Building accurate and secure pallets ready for transport.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
• Self-motivated and able to hit performance targets.
• Able to work independently where needed.
