B&M Retail Limited is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operative for our Distribution Centre. You will unload, store and pick items, rotating departments and receiving in-house MHE training to handle warehouse duties safely.

Responsibilities include palletising, transporting pallets, picking to order, and supporting KPI targets. Roles are shift-based with bonuses and uplifts offered where applicable.

• Transporting pallets around the Distribution Centre, dropping them off at the correct location.
• Picking and packing items according to a set "pick list".
• Operating various MHE in line with Health and Safety requirements.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure KPI targets are met.

Shift Pattern(s) available are:

Days shifts:

• Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm
• Saturday + Sunday plus one fixed day in the week 6am to 7pm

Night shifts:

• Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am
• Tuesday to Saturday 10pm to 6am
• Friday+Saturday +Sunday 7pm to 6am

This is a hands on, physical role, where you will be unloading, storing and picking items in and out of our Distribution Centre. You will rotate to different departments throughout your shift, so you will be trained in all aspects of warehousing work.

You will be given full, inhouse training on various MHE.

We have various rate uplifts and bonuses available.

What you’ll be doing

• Transporting pallets around the Distribution Centre, dropping them off at the correct location.
• Picking and packing items according to a set "pick list"
• Operating various MHE in line with Health and Safety requirements
• Supporting the wider team to ensure KPI targets are met
