Job summary

Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller in Amesbury is seeking a Warehouse Operative (picker) to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and load/unload goods within a chilled environment. You will work 16:00–00:30, Monday to Friday (5 on 2 off), with shift-based pay and overtime rates; the role requires good literacy, numeracy and a proactive team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operating chill trolley packers and chill shrinkwrappers.
• Loading / unloading inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Stock rotation.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Risk assessments and basic PMS.
• Consistent quality control inspection and awareness, assuring customer expectations and product standards are maintained.
• Maintain hygiene and environmental standards – Clean as you go.
• Operate equipment and processes effectively, delivering the required output relative to the role.
• Replenish materials as required.
• Deliver and support the training of colleagues on job related tasks.
• Effectively communicate to individuals within and outside of department.

Contract :Full Time - Permanent

Location:Amesbury Depot (SP4 7SZ)

Shifts:

Hours: 16:00pm – 00:30am

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (5 on2 off)

Rate of Pay: £13.17 - £19.45 (shift dependant) 1.5x Overtime (£18.99)

The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods

Please note this role requires you to work within a chilled environment (1 - 3 degrees) however all PPE including Hi- Vis coat is provided.
