Job summary

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Wellingborough for a main distribution centre handling home and furniture products.

The role offers fixed shifts with full and part-time hours. Base pay starts at £13.50 per hour with overtime at £24.30 per hour, plus onsite support, canteen and free parking. You will undertake picking, packing and general warehouse duties, with training provided and opportunities to progress to permanent roles.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit as the job is demanding and involves manual handling.
• Full training provided.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's main distribution centre for home and furniture products.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Wellingborough.

The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £24.30 per hour.

This role offers both full and part time positions, working fixed shifts. The hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm


• 10am to 2pm


• 2pm to 6pm


• 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

• Driving PPT / LLOP


• Generic warehouse duties


• Picking and packing


• Ability to lift up to 20kg


• Attention to detail and accuracy


• Work efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team


• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all safe systems of work, standard operating procedures and hygiene requirements

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker must be physically fit as the job is demanding, with some manual handling and heavy lifting up to 20KG.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
