Job summary

Maldon Salt Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative at our Maldon site in Essex to ensure goods are stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently. You will work as part of a dedicated team, maintain a clean, safe workplace, and support stock organisation and loading activities.

The role requires practical experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, valid UK FLT driving licence, and compliance with HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• High speed FMCG manufacturing experience required.
• Knowledge of HSE processes and legislation.
• Counterbalance FLT driving licence required.
• Valid UK driving licence required.
• Scanner experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive Counterbalance FLT on a regular basis.
• Carry out picking of products in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support packing room ensuring packaging material is always available to support line efficiency.
• Ensure stock rotation is done in compliance with site standards.
• Load/unload vehicles and manage documentation as required.
• Maintain safe, clean and organised warehouse environment.
