Job summary

Maldon Salt Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a 12-month fixed-term contract, to store, pick, pack and dispatch goods with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will operate Counterbalance FLT, maintain stock integrity, and support packing and loading while upholding site health, safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Practical experience in high-speed FMCG manufacturing is essential.
Knowledge of manufacturing and HSE processes/legislation is essential.
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence and driving licence are essential.

Responsibilities

Drive Counterbalance FLT regularly and report faults via mango system.
Carry out picking and packing to support line efficiency.
Ensure stock rotation follows site standards and organise stock appropriately.
Complete pre-loading/unloading vehicle inspections and ensure safe loading.
