Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance Licence Required)

Location: Burscough, Lancashire, L40
Pay: £13.13 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (40 hours per week)

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our team. This position starts on a temporary basis with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organising stock and maintaining a tidy warehouse environment
  • Preparing stock for dispatch to internal teams
  • Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and store goods
  • Supporting general stores, goods-in, and stock control activities
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Counterbalance forklift licence
  • Experience in a stores, goods-in, or stock control environment (preferred)
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Additional Information
  • ½-hour unpaid meal break
  • Two paid 10-minute breaks
  • Additional hot-drink breaks at manager's discretion
