Pay Rate: £26,249.60 per annum

Grade: RCS O

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm on Fridays)

Location: HMP Berwyn - LL13 9QS

Note: The role is based within a prison. Successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced security vetting process.

Role Overview:

• Leading a team of prisoners in a warehouse environment, while also engaging in picking and packing tasks
• Reconciling stock levels within the warehouse (on-site at the prison)
• Managing the timely and accurate dispatch of orders to inmates
• Meeting and exceeding operational targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Three years of UK address history (mandatory for security clearance)
• Ability to work within a prison environment alongside inmates
• Understanding of warehouse processes (desirable)
• Good communication skills across all levels
• Basic computer literacy
