SIG Insulation & Drylining in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the branch by receiving, storing, picking and loading stock. You will work in a safety-focused environment, ensuring accuracy and efficient operations to serve customers.

Qualifications

• A valid Forklift Licence is desirable.
• Good data accuracy, numeracy and basic IT skills.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or yard role is advantageous.
• Flexible, adaptable approach with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deliveries by unloading and loading vehicles.
• Receive and store goods accurately in correct locations.
• Prepare customer orders and load onto vehicles.
• Sign for deliveries, report stock breakages, maintain stock records.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Carry out daily checks and service forklifts and handling equipment.
• Promote a safety culture: 'Everyone Safe, Every Day'.
• Be flexible to assist with stocktaking and overtime when required.
