The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Corby for a temp-to-perm role. Earn £13.68 per hour and £20.52 overtime after 37.5 hours.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with shifts 06:00–14:00, 10:00–18:00 or 14:00–22:00, plus enhanced rates on weekends/Bank Holidays. Ongoing work through 2026 with benefits including pension and payslips.

Warehouse Operatives - Temp to Perm

LOCATION - Corby

£13.68 per hour | £20.52 after 37.5 hours

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives with their global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.

About the Role

Warehouse Operatives - Main duties and requirements are:

• General warehouse duties


• Picking & packing


• Some heavy lifting may be required


• Repacking items into jiffy bags

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday shifts


• Working Hours available are 0600 - 1400, 1000 - 1800 or 1400 - 2200

Pay

• £13.68 per hour


• £20.52 per hour overtime (after 37.5 hours worked)


• £20.32 per hour (when working on Saturdays)


• £27.36 per hour (when working on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday)
