Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join their logistics team. General warehouse duties, picking and packing, and handling some heavy items are needed. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with good earning potential.

Shifts: 0600-1400, 1000-1800, or 1400-2200, Monday to Friday. Hourly rate £13.68 with overtime £20.52 after 37.5 hours, £20.32 Saturdays, £27.36 Sundays/Bank Holidays. Ongoing work through 2026 with benefits available.

• Ability to lift heavy items.

temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.

About the Role

• Picking & packing
• Some heavy lifting may be required
• Repacking items into jiffy bags

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday shifts
• Working Hours available are 0600 - 1400, 1000 - 1800 or 1400 - 2200

Pay

£13.68 per hour

£20.52 per hour overtime (after 37.5 hours worked)

£20.32 per hour (when working on Saturdays)

£27.36 per hour (when working on a Sunday or a Bank Holiday)
