The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-known distribution business in Tamworth. This role involves operating VNA and Reach forklift trucks, palletising, scanning stock, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift pattern is 3 on/3 off, days 06:00-18:00 and nights 18:00-06:00 with pay of £12.71 for days and £13.83 for nights. Full training provided with potential permanent opportunities after a successful trial.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Willingness to train and operate VNA and Reach forklift trucks.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operating VNA and Reach forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Palletisation and stock replenishment.
• Scanning products and updating stock records.
• Shrink wrapping goods ready for dispatch.
• General housekeeping and maintaining warehouse standards.
• Using warehouse equipment including MHE V08, LLOP, and PPT (training provided).

As a

Warehouse Operative in Tamworth, you will support daily warehouse operations within the

distribution industry, ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
