Job summary

The Best Connection Oxford is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Chalgrove to join a busy spare parts facility. The role involves picking/packing, forklift operation, loading/unloading, and stock control.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:45pm, on a temp-to-perm basis with weekly pay and benefits. Immediate start available and a supportive recruitment team to assist you.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience picking small parts is highly desirable.
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing small spare parts accurately.
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move stock safely around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Booking goods in and out.
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring orders are completed correctly.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets.
