Job summary

ESPO is recruiting a Warehouse Operative at Enderby, near Leicester. You will join the Selection team to pick, pack and despatch goods, support goods receiving, replenishment and returns, and help keep a safe, efficient warehouse.

We value experience in warehouse environments, current MHE certificates, accurate paperwork, numeracy and a flexible team approach. This is a safety-critical role with shift pattern and 37-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with picking/packing duties.
• Current certificate of competence for relevant MHE.
• Able to read and complete paperwork accurately; numerate.
• Committed to safe working practices and teamwork.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg and adapt to shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving, replenishment, returns, picking and packing.
• Prepare and despatch orders to meet customer needs.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with policy.
