Job summary

ESPO, based in Enderby near Leicester, is advertising for a Warehouse Operative to join the Selection team. You will handle goods in a fast-paced environment, including receiving, replenishment, returns and picking/packing to prepare despatch of sales orders.

This is a safety-critical role with drug and alcohol testing in line with policy. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a 37-hour week, a 37-hour shift pattern and a salary in the £25k range, with 10% shift allowance and

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment and knowledge of picking/packing practices.
• Current certificate of competence for MHE and ability to use powered and manual MHE safely.
• Ability to read/complete paperwork, work accurately with quantities and product IDs.

Responsibilities

• Handle goods receiving, replenishment and returns.
• Perform picking, packing and despatch preparation to meet customer requirements.
• Work as part of a team to ensure accurate stock handling and order fulfillment.
• Uphold safety procedures as a safety-critical post and adhere to substance testing policy.
