Job summary

ESPO is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join the Selection team at Enderby, near Leicester. You will handle goods, packing and despatch, ensuring accuracy and safe working practices in a busy warehouse environment.

The role involves goods receiving, replenishment, and processing customer returns, with a focus on meeting customer requirements. A safety‑critical post; random drug and alcohol testing applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with picking/packing duties.
• Current certificate of competence for relevant MHE.
• Ability to read and complete paperwork accurately.
• Numerate and able to handle quantities and product identification.
• Methodical and committed to safe working practices.
• Able to work flexibly as part of a team.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Complete duties in the warehouse to pick, pack and prepare despatch of sales orders.
• Assist with goods receiving, replenishment and customer returns.
• Support the selection team to meet customer requirements and quality standards.
