ESPO is hiring a Warehouse Operative at our Enderby distribution site near Leicester. You will join a team responsible for goods reception, replenishment, returns, and picking/packing to prepare orders for despatch, ensuring accuracy and quality.

The role operates on alternating shifts in a safety‑conscious environment. The position is full‑time (37 hours/week) with a permanent contract and a 10% shift allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with picking and packing knowledge.
• Current certificate of competence for relevant MHE.
• Ability to read and complete paperwork accurately; numerate and precise.

Responsabilités

• Handle goods receiving, replenishment, returns and picking/packing.
• Assist in despatch of sales orders and related duties.
• Maintain safe working practices and ability to follow procedures.
