Job summary

ESPO is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for its Enderby, Leicester site. This full-time role involves goods receiving, picking, packing and despatch preparation to meet customer requirements. The post is safety-critical and requires adherence to ESPO policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will join a team in a busy 120,000 sq ft warehouse, located near Fosse Park with good transport links. A valid MHE certificate and safety-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Certificate of competence for MHE preferred.
• Ability to read and complete paperwork accurately.
• Numerate and able to work accurately with quantities.

Responsibilities

• Handle range of duties in the warehouse to meet customer requirements.
• Carry out goods receiving, replenishment, and returns.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for despatch.
• Support safe and efficient warehouse operations.
