Job summary

ArrowXL Limited is hiring a Warehouse Operative (PM Shift) in Worcester. The role runs on a 5/6 rota, with hours from 14:00 to 22:00 and a rate of £12.71 per hour. You will join a warehouse team handling large, heavy, and bulky items, with occasional installation work for customers.

Pre-employment checks and DBS where required apply. Key duties include picking orders, loading/unloading vehicles, checking paperwork, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking customers’ orders from location.
• Accurately loading and unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Checking paperwork is completed correctly.
• Safely moving and correctly categorising customer items within the warehouse.
• Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Working as a team.
• Safely using ArrowXL technical equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
• Representing ArrowXL to the highest standard.
