XPO is hiring a Warehouse Operative for the PM shift at our Bury St Edmunds site. You’ll work in a busy warehouse, handling pallets, using MHE and FLTs, and contribute to loading and unloading vehicles.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a 12:00 start. The advertised rate is £14.59 per hour, with overtime potential and benefits including pension, holiday entitlement, and access to XPO University.

• Ideally an FLT licence.
• A willingness to learn and build a new career.
• An interest or previous experience in warehousing.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy warehouse facility, moving pallets, using MHE such as forklifts, loading and unloading vehicles. You’ll be working 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday shift 1200 starts. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £14.59.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Using MHE in a safe manner
• Operating FLT’s
• Loading and loading our vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner
• There is a large amount of manual handling involving cages and larger items, so you must be happy to do the lifting and shifting!
