Job summary

XPO operates a busy warehouse in Dordon, recruiting a full-time Warehouse Operative for the PM shift. You’ll move pallets, load and unload vehicles, and help keep the operation running smoothly.

The role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities. Pay is £12.71 per hour plus £1.75 for unsocial hours, with benefits and ongoing training through XPO University.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers using a pump truck.
• Load and unload cages safely and efficiently.
• Move pallets, cages, and other goods between designated warehouse areas.
• Ensure trailers are loaded correctly, securely, and in the correct sequence for delivery.
• Check goods for visible damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet operational deadlines.
• Carry out any other reasonable warehouse duties as required.

Do you have previous warehouse experience? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Warehouse operatives to join us at our site in Dordon.

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be working in our busy warehouse facility, moving pallets, loading and unloading vehicles.

You’ll be working 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the15.00 to 23.30 Monday to Friday shift. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive hourly rate of £12.71 plus £1.75 unsocial hours.
