Job summary

XPO is hiring a Warehouse Operative for the PM shift at our Bury St Edmunds site. You’ll work in a busy warehouse, handling pallets, using MHE and FLTs, and contribute to loading and unloading vehicles.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a 12:00 start. The advertised rate is £14.59 per hour, with overtime potential and benefits including pension, holiday entitlement, and access to XPO University.

Qualifications

• Ideally an FLT licence.
• A willingness to learn and build a new career.
• An interest or previous experience in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Using MHE in a safe manner.
• Operating FLTs.
• Loading and unloading vehicles and storing goods in an organised manner.
• Engaging in manual handling as required.
