Job summary

GXO Screwfix in Runcorn is seeking Warehouse Operatives for a part-time night shift, with Friday and Sunday 22:00-06:00, to support inbound, outbound and stock control activities. You will pick and pack, ensure accuracy, and maintain a clean, safe workspace, following SOPs and hygiene requirements.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all Safe Systems of Work, Standard Operating Procedures and hygiene requirements

Here at GXO Screwfix, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us at our site in Runcorn. From picking and packing to dispatching orders, you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

You will be working on a part time basis, working friday & sunday 22:00-06:00

What you’ll do on a typical day

• Support the day-to-day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities

What you’ll need to succeed at GXO

• Any experience within a warehouse setting is advantageous but NOT essential
• Worked independently and as part of a team to achieve KPI’s and targets effectively
• To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
• Worked in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved
• Can show initiative and provide solutions to their team to work more effectively
