Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is expanding its Northampton-based team and seeks reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives for permanent, part-time roles. Training is provided with full-time hours in week one, then move to a part-time shift pattern with fixed hours.

You may work across Northampton sites to support business needs. Hourly rate starts at £12.71 with a £1 premium for hours between 18:00 and 22:00. Pension, Happi App discounts, cycle-to-work and career progression are offered.

Job description

GXO is continuing to grow, and we are excited to be expanding our team of Warehouse Operatives in the Northampton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive operation where teamwork, quality, and reliability are key.

Our People Campus team supports multiple warehouse operations across Northampton, including sites in NN4 9BX, NN4 7JE, NN4 9FJ, NN4 5EZ, NN4 7BN and NN4 9EX. We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join us in a permanent part-time Warehouse Operative role. This position offers a fixed working pattern, making it ideal for those looking to fit work around other commitments while benefiting from the security of a permanent role.

The available shift patterns are:

• Friday and Saturday 06:00-14:00
• Friday and Saturday 14:00-22:00

Please note that to complete your training and induction, you must be available to work full-time hours during your first week. Following successful completion of your induction, you will move onto your chosen part-time shift pattern.

You may be required to work across our Northampton sites to support business needs, so some flexibility with location is essential. Whether you already have warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career, full training will be provided.
