Job summary

GXO Logistics is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for the Grange Park site in Northampton. The role offers a 6-month fixed-term contract with varied shift patterns to suit different preferences. Typical shifts include 4 on / 4 off and multiple day patterns.

You will help ensure smooth goods flow, perform picking/packing, inbound/outbound tasks and stock control, and use a warehouse management system while adhering to safety policies. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• A positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• A keen focus on safety, accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse.
• Complete a range of warehouse tasks including picking, packing, inbound, outbound and stock control.
• Use warehouse management systems as part of your daily duties.
• Follow all GXO health and safety policies at all times.

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our operation at Grange Park, Northampton (NN4 5EL). This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different preferences:

• 4 on / 4 off
• 06:00 – 18:00
• 10:00 – 22:00
• Tuesday to Saturday
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• Sunday to Thursday
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00

Pay, benefits and more:

• A salary of £26,957.84 per annum for employees working a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern
• A salary of £25,116.00 per annum for employees working any 5 days out of 7
