• Experience in warehouse or distribution is preferred but not essential.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Basic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 kg and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming goods for quality and quantity.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet trucks and forklifts).
• Carry out stock checks and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and clean, safe workspace.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles.
• Report discrepancies, damages or safety issues to management.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
