Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics' National Distribution Centre in Rotherham is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to ensure efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, performing unloading, picking, packing and stock checks, using pallet trucks or forklifts (training provided). Flexible shifts include evenings and nights with Monday to Friday patterns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming goods for quality and quantity.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet trucks, forklifts; training provided).
• Carry out stock checks and cycle counts; maintain accurate records.
• Follow health and safety regulations and report discrepancies promptly.
