Culina is recruiting a night-shift operative for our Chilled & Fresh division in the UK. You will load and unload products, complete inbound and dispatch paperwork, and secure loads before departure. The role requires vigilance on accuracy, safety and productivity targets while working in a chilled environment.

You will report faults, manage returns, and operate within company procedures to support on-time deliveries. Benefits include healthcare, life cover, pension and cycle-to-work options.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Load/unload product in line with company policies and procedures.
• Complete accurate inbound and dispatch documentation.
• Report trailer or MHE faults and ensure VOR vehicles are placed in designated areas.
• Diligently pick and assemble goods according to instructions.
• Secure dispatched loads prior to leaving the loading bay.
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations and challenge non-compliant colleagues.
• Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the Stock Controller.
• Work in a chilled/cold environment as required.
• Understand and manage deadlines and quality expectations.

Descripción del empleo

• To ensure you load/unload product strictly in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
• To ensure the correct documentation is completed for all inbound and dispatch loads.
• Reporting any trailer or MHE faults in line with Company procedures and ensuring VOR vehicles are placed in the designated areas.
• To remain vigilant in ensuring goods are picked and assembled accurately as per instructions.
• To ensure dispatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
• To reach and maintain the standards required to meet the Company's productivity targets.
• Ensure all practices and procedures are safely carried out in line with the Company's Health & Safety policy, SSOWs and HACCP regulations, where appropriate, and to challenge colleagues who fail to adhere to any such rules or regulations.
• Ensure customer returns are received, recorded and notified to the appropriate Stock Controller Ability to work within a chilled/cold environment
• Experience of working within an environment where achieving deadlines and quality of work are critical

• Shift pattern: Fri - Tues
