Job summary

Optimas Solutions Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. The role covers the full warehouse process from goods receiving through to pick, pack and dispatch.

This night shift position offers progression opportunities, a pension, health cash plan and life assurance, with 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays. You’ll work in a friendly, supportive environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Forklift/MHE experience is desirable but not essential.
• You’ll be a positive team player with good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full warehouse process from Goods Receiving to Pick, Pack & Ship.
• Receive and check goods, pick and pack orders, and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Maintain stock movements and uphold high standards of accuracy and safety.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy Gloucester team.

Working within our General Distribution and Just-in-Time operation, you’ll support the full warehouse process from Goods Receiving through to Pick, Pack & Ship. Responsibilities include receiving and checking goods, picking and packing orders, preparing goods for dispatch, stock movements and maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.

What we’re looking for

Previous warehouse experience is essential. You’ll be a positive team player with good attention to detail, a flexible can-do attitude, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Forklift/MHE experience is desirable but not essential.
