Job summary

Gi Group United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative for a permanent night shift in Andover. The role involves picking, loading, packing, and stock checks to support next-day deliveries. You’ll work on a hands-on, physically demanding night shift within a small team.

Desirable FLT licences and a valid UK driving licence are required, with a clear focus on safety and efficient loading practices during night operations.

• Full UK driving licence is required to move company vehicles.

Warehouse Operative - Permanent (Night Shift)

Location: Andover

Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday, 8pm - 6am

Salary: £32,000

We're recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a well-established client in Andover. This is a hands-on, physically demanding night shift role supporting next-day deliveries through accurate picking and safe loading.

• Moving company vehicles around the yard as and when required

What you’ll need as a Warehouse Operative

• FLT licence desirable (Counterbalance and/or VNA)
• Experience working within logistics and warehousing
• Loading vans/lorries with an understanding of safe loading/weight distribution
• Comfortable with manual work and working in a small team
• Full UK driving licence (required) to move company vehicles around the yard as and when needed
