Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Dartford is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for permanent, full-time night shifts at Ikea. You will work 18:00–06:00 on a 4 on 4 off pattern, joining a fast-moving logistics team.

Here at GXO logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our night shift team at Ikea in Dartford. You will be working 18:00 – 06:00 on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
• Checking of picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
• Ensuring quality is of the highest standards, and all stock is handled with care so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
• Loading vehicles ready for customer deliveries
• Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
• Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
• Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
• Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
• Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
